The communication during the purchase/delivery process was outstanding: messages and phone calls to confirm the purchase and agree a delivery date. Delivery was right on time, the material was properly packaged and with clear instructions, very easy to follow and build the item. The quality of the wood and other items look great, and the parts matched perfectly. It looks great in the garden!
