Dunster house has a good service side and delivery but the construction of the monkey bars was a nightmare. It took 2vof us 5 hours, the instruction leaflet was not cleat. Nothing was pre drilled or marked where to drill. The finished item is wobbly and unsafe to use. We have had advice from a joiner who says it is erected correctly but needs longer fixings. We have been advised by dunster that if we change the fixings it will be out of guarantee. So we are stuck with an unusable piece of equipment. I am really upset ... grandkids can't play on their birthday gift. Many reviews have been left about the lack of clarity of the instructions and lack of marking/predrilling. Why aren't dh listening?

Building arrived as planned and there were no issues with the delivery. The plans were good and easy to follow although trying to construct by yourself was testing in the early stages. I would recommend a support piece for the apex joints for strength and ease of construction. Once the frame was complete the rest was easy.

excellent addition to our garden and we can't We are over the moon with this product and can't fault anything about the whole transaction. The whole process from order to delivery to construction was easy. The pergola was delivered when they said it would be and was easy to construct. The only thing I would say is that the pergola doesn't come with the metal 'shoes' as standard so we bought those but that might have been an oversight on our part. 10/10, highly recommended
