Fantastic Product and Service.
I purchased the Utopia Wooden Pergola W3.0m x D3.0m and am absolutely chuffed to bits with it. Sales process was nice and easy, website easy to navigate and the delivery team were great. The build took my father and I around 4 hours albeit we did work quickly. Note some of the timbers were warped BUT with a bit of gentle manipulation when fixing the completed product is straight and plum. All in all would 100% recommend. Thanks, Liam.

Purchasing dept and delivery system was excellent Delivery drivers worked extremely hard in helping offload items My shed was of high quality However floor was disappointing as not load bearing 12mm not 18mm Garage was excellent quality only door furniture not of good quality

Our garden retreat.
We are very happy with our summer house log cabin. We would however struggled to assemble it ourselves & got a professional to do the job for us. There was 3 of the planks quite badly damaged but we were able to use them where they weren't going to be seen as much. I think there was 1 spare but it would be useful if there was more. We were lucky to have lovely weather whilst it was being built. Now we have our things in it , we couldn't be happier, it looks lovely & having electricity in it makes it even more useful. The lights look gorgeous in the dark. We would definately recommend Dunster House as the quality was more superior than some similar ones we had seen.

I needed a specific date for my delivery and the woman on the phone was fantastic.She changed deliveries to accommodate me.Very good service.Can't comment on how the porch looks as I've not yet fitted it but if it's as good as the pictures online then I'm sure it will look great...

Quality pergola.
Communication was very good from time of,ordering. It came on time and was complete! Our two sons put it together and although a bit of grumbling about no predrilled holes it was relatively straightforward. It looks great and we are now planning some planting. We had used a tent shelter during lockdown but wanted something more substantial. We have put a shade over the top for now until the planting is established. The quality is good and the wood was good to work with.
