What a shame (Read on)
From start to finish great customer service and delivery, then we decided we wanted windows. I ordered half panels and windows delivery went smooth same night they arrived I fitted them what a chew the panels were too small I had to use packers, a week later a lady rang me stating that they had sent me the wrong panels, no wonder they wouldn't fit. She said if I removed them they would collect them and send me the right ones, but at the glass was sealed in and everything was screwed together I had to decline. Hardly an apology now I feel have I got what I paid for. Only scoring this high as we do like it. Clint Smith

Very satisfied!
Delivery was expertly and professional done. All components ordered was complete with instruction manual. Cabin turned out beautiful. However, it did take longer than expected; but customer officers kept in touch with updates which helped.

Great cabin easy to build once we watched utube video the paper instructions are rubbish. Make sure the frame is perfect before you start me and hubby managed it between us neither are builders its like a giant game of jenga ??
