Made up with my gazebo!
Easy to order via phone, and good that you can can secure order with deposit and balance to be paid 3 days prior to delivery. found the website easy to navigate which one would be most suited for my needs. Delivery was on time, the only bit which wasn't great but im not marking down on score, is that the goods won't be taken to the back of the house, I presume this is due to insurance for the company. It just meant I needed to find help to unpack the gazebo pieces and move then one by one to a secure space rather than leaving on my drive. Overall very satisfied customer and have already had many days sat enjoying the new gazebo its perfect for my garden.

A lot of sweating and swearing..
Well, it's up, my daughter and myself put it up, the only thing I would say it would have been much easier if the holes had been pre-drilled. Also the screws were not good a couple snapped, they could have been a lot stronger. Other than that, we are really pleased with it, looks good..thanks. Karen

Superb quality - easy assembly.
Product was delivered on time, placed exactly where I requested, and parts shown with inventory list. Instructions were really easy to follow, and pergola took 2 of us less than 5 hours to assemble. Everyone who has seen it in the last month, has commented on the quality of the product, and said that if they decide to purchase any garden structure, Dunster House will be their first port of call.
