Excellent communication from order to delivery. Product is exactly as advertised. Price had dropped by 20% before it had been delivered so I contacted customer service and I was refunded the difference without any hesitation. This is excellent customer service.

Delivery spot on,great guys.Me and two buddies ,Diyers,two days fun build.One piece warped,no problem;glue , clamps,longer screws,sorted.Watched a few videos,common sense, instructions good.Two coates of quality preserver and silicone windows.British weather has remained outside.Most important wife is very pleased.

Great kit looks amazing- just
Great kit looks amazing- just one comment that as the structure isnt embedded in concrete and holds itself in position from its weight, there is a degree of movement if tested. I think that it needs additional wooden struts to counter this. It was built quite easily over two days by the landscape team.

Simple and straight forward.
Buying experience was simple and payment process user friendly. Timber quality was good, a few knots and twists in some boards but to be expected with a natural wood product. Only thing I could recommend as an improvement would be the option to pay for assisted offloading to the back of the property, most people will be building these buildings in the back garden so assistance moving the materials on arrival would be a great help.
