The delivery driver had his work cut
The delivery driver had his work cut out but he persisted and managed to get my delivery onto my drive, big thank you to him for his efforts. Im so glad I bought the wood treatment with my order, I would have otherwise probably bought a cheap alternative but the paint/stain provided made painting the cabin an easy job and the coverage was unbelievable. I have enough left for annual maintenance for the next couple of years.

Lived up to expectations
Efficient, helpful advice and ordering process. Frequent communication about progress of order. Delivery was extremely smooth and the guy just got on with things; nothing was too much fuss or trouble. Product is excellent and has lived up to expectations. One caution: it took four days to build (by two professional builders), whereas on the phone we had been advised a couple of days - rather optimistically! Otherwise very happy with the finished result.

250 Hexagonal Summerhouse
called Dunsterhouse to purchase the 250 hexagonal summerhouse after seeing it on Amazon but needed to ask some questions. the contact on the phone was very knowledgeable about the product and could answer all my questions in a professional and polite manner. Placed my order for the summer house. ground grids and cornish cream paint. Delivery and dates were explained to me and these were spot on. Delivery was by 2 polite men who unloaded it where i wanted it, placed it on spare wood to keep it of the ground and covered it with polythene to keep it dry. Perfect !. Building it was easy and the instructions easy to follow. It has been well thought out and easy for one person to build with help from a second person with the door and window panels to put in place.Timber and fittings are all good quality and it looks good. Shingles on the roof are a bit of a faf, but they always are and the metal spider and roof cap make for a strong, neat and professional finish. Now the negatives. its a pain to paint and the paint is so transparent that it took 2/3 coats to cover (hope i don't have to paint it for a couple of years). I had to use some of my screws as there was not enough to match the plans and the georgian bars are a bit rough and or cut wrong on the joints because the screws are to short, so we left them off the doors. (our choice). Would I buy again ? definitely ! finished job looks brilliant and i've not seen anything to beat it especially at this price, so thank you to Dunsterhouse.

They were able to deliver the shed sooner than expected. The shed was built the following day. The quality of the shed is exceptional and has become my favourite place to be! Also the customer service experience has been a pleasant excellent too.
