Great Shed!
The delivery people were really helpful - even more so than the strict warnings about parking access etc. The shed itself is good quality. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the quality of the instructions, which are designed to be applicable to multiple shed types and not just my specific one, so it got a bit complicated. We probably spent longer laying all the pieces out and working out what piece x actually was than putting the thing up. In the end you just have to get stuck in and do it. Very happy now it’s built.

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. I enquired about a climbing frame via their chat. They responded to me within an hour with a phone call where they explained all of my options to me very clearly and the process following my order being placed. The delivery slot was booked the next day as I was told it would be. On the date of delivery I had a phone call from the driver when they were half hour away. It all went so smoothly and it is a well oiled machine that led to me being a very satisfied customer. Nothing was missing from the order, nothing was broken. I am very happy with my purchase. The climbing frame itself is brilliant quality, similar to a climbing frame you would see in a pub garden. Very sturdy and my children love it. They no longer ask to go to the park because we have one in the garden!
