Product absolutely brilliant
Product absolutely brilliant. however, you gave us an instruction booklet for Atlas rather than Leviathan. i did query this at delivery and was told it was the same but it came apparent through construction that there are subtle differences. we did then download correct instruction manual from internet but would have been great to have in first instance

Excellent from start to finish including an additional order for another half glazed panel.Utopia 4m x 3 meter With 3 side panels to reduce wind has proved a good idea. Quality of item was top notch.

Communication was great. Delivery prompt Product is excellent value looks fab relatively easy to put together and def needs 2 people. Only not 5 stars as the delivery eople made rude comments when they thought we weren't listening.

Nearly There
We haven't Quite yet finished the summer house but so far has been an excellent experience from the start! Delivery was simple, drivers were great, the building process was easy and we have ended up with a brilliant garden space. For the cost of the summer house I am remarkably impressed with the quality and cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. I enquired about a climbing frame via their chat. They responded to me within an hour with a phone call where they explained all of my options to me very clearly and the process following my order being placed. The delivery slot was booked the next day as I was told it would be. On the date of delivery I had a phone call from the driver when they were half hour away. It all went so smoothly and it is a well oiled machine that led to me being a very satisfied customer. Nothing was missing from the order, nothing was broken. I am very happy with my purchase. The climbing frame itself is brilliant quality, similar to a climbing frame you would see in a pub garden. Very sturdy and my children love it. They no longer ask to go to the park because we have one in the garden!
