Excellent customer service throughout
Excellent customer service throughout process. Was able to chat online with an advisor ref a query I had before placing my pergola order by phone. Payment & delivery arrangements all fully explained to me. I received confirmation details & regular delivery updates by email & telephone. On the morning of delivery the driver rang to confirm estimated time of arrival. As I have no front driveway the delivery guys were kind enough to deliver to the rear of my property & through the back gate to my garden. Clear instructions included in packaging, relatively easy to put together. Very pleased with quality, size & colour of the pergola, it is a very attractive feature in the garden & has received many compliments. Would highly recommend Dunster products & their excellent customer service.

Had an issue early on before delivery which was resolved in under 24hrs. Delivery was on time and dropped in my requested location. Product was good quality and straight forward to put together. Looking forward to enjoying our gazebo for many years to come.

Just received my porch. Ordered last week delivered today. Checked contents. All parts and fittings supplied. Nothing missing nothing broken.excellent service. Excellent company. And the product is better quality than I expected. It was even wrapped in plastic protected from the weather. Highly recommend. Only downside is no showrooms to view items before purchase and unable to make bespoke item sizes. But apart from that 10 out of 10 excellent..

its a top class product
its a top class product, delivery comes as planned. customer care team are very helpful (1 piece was missing from my long list of items on the delivery and i broke piece and Dunster House were very quick ini fixing my issues for me. ive the room & shet now built and it is so solid and looks great. real easy installation with minimal cutting required.

All in a days work
It was great up to roof level...had to use some creativity at that point. Wind braces along the sides were tooo thin, hard to pick up on when fitting the side boards, thicker would been more easily picked up on. If they had been 40*40mm it would have saved a lot of hastle. It would have been then easy to screw down through the each of the the roof boards before fitting the covering or insulation. It was really nice to have had a dry week as it all just slotted together so easily...great
