Right from the first telephone call we were impressed with Dunster. From their friendly approach and the knowledge of product to the seamless delivery. We paid a deposit and the very next day received a call regarding delivery dates. A text message arrived shortly after with a reminder of when to pay the balance and a link to follow the delivery truck for an indication of time. Tom & James were more than helpful carefully unloading our order and going through the paperwork with us. We can’t comment on the gazebo as yet as we’ve not erected it due to rain but the quality looks good so far.
