Customer service before delivery was great. Delivery was quick and easy and they were very helpful The item was securely packed and all items were there Good quality materials we managed to build from scratch in two days two people Instructions were a little difficult as we had to build two elements at same time so had to switch between instructions Very happy with my new gym

Excellent experience throughout, quality garden room
From the first discussion, Dunster House were excellent. No high pressure sale, just a good informative conversation and recognition buying a garden room / summerhouse is a big purchase. Harry at Dunster House helped us each time we called with any questions, and after a few weeks we purchased a Daft Badger log cabin. Delivery was on time and all in the delivery team were helpful and friendly. Our garden room has recently been built, impressed with the quality. All in all an excellent experience.

Easy to look up what I was after on
Easy to look up what I was after on website. Staff helpful and knowledgeable on phone when I needed a couple of questions answered. Order placing was easy. Delivery didnt come when first scheduled due to driver absence, arrived following week. (These things happen). Product , apex shed 8x14, qood quality, good instructions and all assembled with ease in a day. Cheers guys.

Great value, great service and a great product.
The process to choose the item you want with the additional extras is straight forward, once the deposit is paid the communication is continuous until the day of the delivery, the delivery and the guys were excellent and the finished product is exactly what we asked and of a high standard especially after viewing lots of different options with not so realistic prices.

Excellent product, the shed is sturdy well made and easy to put together (60 year old woman managed most of it on my own). It possibly would have been easier with pre drilled holes but thats not a game changer, The delivery service was fast and the delivery team were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this product
