I found it very easy to find what I was looking for on the website. I did have some questions when it came to the ordering process so I called Dunster House who answered my questions and then processed the order for me over the phone. The Gazebo arrived on time and looks wonderful - I'm extremely pleased with it.

Great Design Features, Quality Material, Baked for Money. Its got the lot.
Initial communication was via email to the sales team who were most helpful. Patient with my indecisiveness with no feeling of pressure to make a snap purchase. A couple of weeks later, after reviewing alternative suppliers I had come to the conclusion that Dunster House had the edge with value and quality so I placed my order. Arranging delivery was easy and actual delivery was swift. Whoever did the packing is a packing mastermind. Safe, secure no wasted space no damaged parts. The erecting info suggested ‘two people two days’, which could well be true. I know that it took me, one oldish man, several bar clamps, large folding square and a tape measure (plus a few other tools) just four days from start to finish. The instructions were comprehensive, though sometimes it took several readings to understand the requirements (my lack not the instructions). No stories from me of damaged or twisted logs or boards. Minor thumps from a rubber mallet was the only encouragement needed to create a perfect joint connection. I can see no reason why this Log Cabin will not easily outlast my 40 year old previous workshop which was made from 1/2” t&g. Absolutely no regrets buying from Dunster House. Great Design Features, Quality, Value for Money. It’s got the lot.
