How happy are we!! VERY HAPPY!! Delivered by very helpful guys. When we sorted all the parts out before putting it up guess what ? they were all there which is a bonus these days! Essential to be methodical with all the pieces. Good quality all round and looks great. We secured the posts with easy grip post shoes from Toolstation for added support, anchored to the flags. We then made wooden legs to cover the post shoes. Roof was a bit challenging but hubby and two strapping sons soon sorted it, the lady of the house is so so happy haha. Well done Dunster House. Super. Will send some pics ASAP.

This is the first time we have built anything like this but it is like a giant Lego set and everything fitted together easily. We could have used another pair of hands just to lift things but so far we`ve managed well.

We ordered the Utopia 430 Gazebo (4m x 3m). This included the Shingle roof. We also added 4m of full height panels, and 3m of half panel and half glass. We also added extra post trims. We had the item delivered over a month ago now, and from ordering to delivery we cannot fault the service. They kept me up to date and were very flexible with delivery dates, which they call to arrange with you. Delivery was within a couple of weeks. Excellent considering the wait for some timber products at the moment! The delivery chaps were so friendly and nothing was a hassle for them. They clearly take pride in their work and delivered the product with no problems. We put the Gazebo together this weekend. It took 1 day to do the frame and roof. Then another day to do the shingle roof. This is with 1 very competent “DIYer” and 1 “labourer/helper”. It helps to have all pieces laid out properly first. The instructions were probably the best we have ever seen. Just follow each page! The finished result…it looks Amazing! Fit together well, no issues, the neighbours now want one of their own. Fantastic service and a great product! Thank you!
