Faultless really. Delivered exactly when required - they held onto it for a few weeks as we weren`t ready for it. The only thing to remember is - the main uprights are only long enough for a ground level installation; if you wanted to bury them, then the roof would be too low. We are now happily using the space beneath this installation and it looks fantastic.

Terminator log cabin was just the ticket for a garden office, well priced and lots of options to customise. Top marks to Dunster for their customer service, did what they said, when they said and the delivery team couldn`t have been more helpful. The build has gone to plans, nothing missing and completed in a weekend.

Best price out there! I looked through loads of sites to find a decent wooden pergola that wasn’t a ridiculous price and I found it with Dunster house! Honestly cannot fault the product or customer service for swift delivery.
