Very pleased with the Utopia gazebo I purchased from Dunster House. They were helpful on the phone during the sales process and the gazebo was very good quality and straightforward to build. Its worth watching the You Tube `how to` videos before you start. Everything as described- thank you.

Excellent Product and good communication from the sales staff. Very sturdy and fairly easy to assemble ( requires 2 persons). Only downside - I was unable to verify the whether the order was complete as the delivery drivers could / would not identify the parts against the Picking List. My advice - just sign for the delivery as unchecked
