Pergola with roof
I ordered the pergola by phone and the sales person was helpful and not pushy, he gave me an approximate delivery date. Later I recieved a call from the dispatch team saying that unfortunately it was delayed, a new delivery scheduled was made and it duly arrived as arranged, carried through to the rear garden and stacked by the delivery crew. The wood seems to be of a good quality with the edges rounded off and nicely treated. It was not over easy to assemble, it would be better if the assembly plan was just for the pergola with the roof and not showing instructions for the basic pergola as it was easy, as we found, to mix the instructions up. The pergola looks very good now that it is assembled however I feel that some areas of the design could be improved, for example rebating the fascia boards to go over the metal corner brackets and counter sinking the screw holes in the metal corner brackets would allow the fascia boards to lay flat against the frame instead of being slightly away due to going over the thickness of the brackets and the screw heads. From a cosmetic view it would be better if the front and rear fascia boards were longer so that they covered the end grain of the side fascia boards. I am very pleased with the finished product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and Dunster House for their service.

A great quality shed
A great quality shed with excellent attention to detail, delivery was quick and the customer service is superb. We had a small issue with a missing piece and Sian from customer service responded to me within minutes and immediately sorted out the problem, missing parts delivered within a couple of days.Thank you Sian. It's absolutely amazing once built. The instructions are really not good which made it extremely hard and it took a lot longer than anticipated but we got there in the end.

Delivery was quick and the drivers where very helpful. The build was easy enough, like lego in a way, took us day and a half to put together. some bits of wood where slightly bowed but used the instructions to get them back straight. Would highly recommend this company and product

Delivery guys were very helpful
Delivery guys were very helpful Easy to install, especially with the right tools - the only gripe is some of the roof slats were slightly warped making it hard to slot them into place. Finished structure looks great Very reasonably priced

Very pleased with this Severn cabin
Very pleased with this Severn cabin. Very well packaged at delivery, good communication from the company on delivery and what it entailed with delivery driver also liaising. The product is great nice quality. My stepson who is not a builder constructed the whole thing on his own following the instructions. It took longer because of just one person and he works full time so it spread over several weekends but it was all within his stride. Looks great lovely and sturdy - great price.
