Sturdy shed good price
Was pleased with the quality of the shed for the price. It looks very good. We did put in a few more roof beams for more support. The only thing I would say the instructions were not good. If the pieces were labelled with a, b,c etc or the sizes on them to correspond with the instructions sent it would have been much easier.

Log cabin
Really helpful staff when you speak on the phone. They talk you through everything, the delivery was on time. The log cabin was easy to put together, I built it on my own even though they says its a 2 man job in only one day. The instructions are quite easy to follow. The end result is fantastic.

Lots of choice
Purchased Diamond Pergola. Lots of choice, simple to purchase, great comms and delivery. Builders did a brilliant job to make it fit for our space. We decided it was too low when walking underneath it for our tall family, so changed the leg lengths for new longer ones, much better. Plus we will be adding a sunshade too. Would be 5 stars if it had been taller to start. Still recommend for sure.

Terminator Pent Cabin
The website is very informative and accurate. The customer service team were also most helpful when I required further technical information. The ordering process was a breeze, the delivery was on schedule and the two delivery guys were really helpful and polite. Building the cabin (Terminator Pent) was really straight forward with clear instructions. The quality of the materials was really first class. I highly recommend Dunster House and would use them again.

We were told it was a two day build
We were told it was a two day build! Even with the most proficient builders on our side, I’d doubt we could do it in less than a week.;(weather permitting) the instructions are less than helpful. As we built a new video instruction was available which was more helpful. This was also really hard to understand! The standard of everything is great but the instructions are next to useless. Sorry Dunster. We love the shed now after many many days
