Excellent service
We found Dunster house on line and finding the porch we liked with a great price to boot we rang customer services and the gentleman on the other end of the line was very helpful and we proceeded to purchase the porch. He told us that it might take upto 2 weeks for delivery which we didn't mind and the delivery personnel would give us a call to set a date,and to our surprise we had a date of 4 days,can't fault that at all. Upon the day of the delivery they contacted us 1 hour before to say it was on its way once here they checked everything off and then they were on their way. We really can't fault the service and we we were going to get anything else from Dunster house we wouldn't hesitate. Once again thanks for everything.

An all round good experienceMy log cabin arrived at the specified
My log cabin arrived at the specified time. I had had to make changes to my order and these were done with the minimum amount of stress. The two gentlemen who delivered the cabin were absolutely lovely! They talked me through all the bits to make sure I had them all. I have a super young garden builder putting it up and his work is immaculate. Suffice to say when I get the chance to be out there writing my children's books I shall not want to come indoors.

Great customer service
I made a mistake with the item I ordered but customer service lady phoned me to query my order and kindly rectified it and refunded my over payment. Extremely helpful and delivery drivers were careful, polite and friendly. We haven't yet assembled our gazebo but it looks good quality and can't wait to use it next summer.
