Great product, again!

Delivered by a helpful driver, good instructions easy to follow. It looks really good on site and great value for money. Our second purchase from Dunster and I totally recommend them.

good but can be better

the sales process to start with was excellent, the gazebo arrived, dropped onto driveway, i carried the pieces through to back, built it up over a few days and now its looks really good, however, 1 panel for the back has a misaligned plank so looks odd. we have fitted electrics and lighting which really set it off. I then ordered 2 slatted sides which was not easy as sales didnt seem interested in supplying just the panels. felt like you had had the money for the gazebo and the little bits was too much effort. however the panels did eventually arrive and now fitted really enhance the look of what we now call Bobley Barn. i am now looking for as maller building sort of gazebo or pergola type and a corner arbor. to compliment the Barn.

The company made quick contact regarding delivery once I'd ordered and were explicit with thier requirements which was helpful. The apparatus was solid and well made. The only down side was having to drill my own holes in the timber which increased the stress and difficulty of construction. But one up it has been well used
