This is the second product we have had from Dunster House and as with the first product ordering and arranging delivery was first class, comprehensive kit, with clear instructions resulting good build quality, no hidden essential extras. At the point of delivery the representatives are helpful and go through the check list with you. We took our time on the build and therefore took longer than instructions estimated, but enjoyed the project and so pleased with the results.

Arrived on time with extremely helpful delivery people. Well packed and easy to understand instructions. It took 3 days to assemble due to the weather and the fact that it was erected by myself and my wife who are not professionals. It looks excellent and can`t wait to use it.

I cant fault the company in delivery, chatting with your colleagues and the website. The only problem now is finding someone to put it together.

Good service and excellent product - my efficient gardener who erected it said he`d seen nothing that good before. I now have two in my garden. they provide a comfortable seat from which to enjoy the view. Delighted !

An excellent, quality product, matched with equally good service. Construction awaits better weather and removal of an overhanging Ash tree, but I love a project, and this is certainly one I`m looking forward to accomplishing. Spent a whole day counting the parts, including all the fixings etc. and everything was present and correct. Have just ordered the optional window fly-screens that were not available when I originally purchased the log cabin. A bit pricey at £160 delivered, but worth having to keep those pesky insects at bay!
