Excellent customer service and really pleased with the product. The shingles were a bit tricky to fit on the corners. A video would be good.

I purchased the Atlas Pergola with half glazed sides instead of a full summerhouse. I am impressed by the quality and dimensions of the pergola and feel confident that it will last decades. I have not erected the pergola due to weather conditions in February but I think I will have no issues when the time comes. The delivery was when I expected, and the two man delivery team were very helpful. I look forward to many years of use.

Having extensively researched garden buildings and sheds, I bought the Dunster House Terminator log cabin for use as a small workshop. I took advantage of sale prices and paid well under half of any equivalent quality building that I had seen. Delivery was within a couple of weeks of ordering and the sales team were polite and efficient throughout. Costs are kept low by standard sizing, so bespoke options are limited, but there is enough choice within the range to find something that suits most needs. Cabins are also delivered for self-assembly, which further reduces cost, but be prepared to put the time in for building. That said, instructions were good and construction is a very simple process for somebody with average DIY ability. The end product is extremely high quality and has already withstood 3 major UK storms, remaining in tact and watertight throughout. I cannot recommend this product or Dunster House highly enough.
