My new cabin was delivered on time with no problems. I built the cabin on my own over two days as the detailed drawings supplied are very good. And I now have a nice new office. Thank you Dunster Mike

Delayed delivery but got there in the end with a lot of help from Gemma who did her best for me to get a specific delivery slot on a specific date. Loving the Erin gazebo and looking forward to spending more time in it once heaters are fitted for the winter!

Great in all respects - apart from one ! Fantastic communications, delivery, wood quality, instructions and most especially the final look. So what is not great? The screws. Cheap and nasty, very poor quality and not fit for purpose. However I bought 8 x M8 150mm chromed nuts and bolts + box of good quality decking screws and this allowed me to construct the whole thing single handed. Very sturdy and solid and ideal for Wisteria.

Lovely gazebo. Easy to construct but takes longer than the 1 day stated on the instructions - we had anticipated this anyway. Overall, pleased with the product.

From the website, the order, the delivery, and the product itself, I`d certainly recommend Dunster House. I`m an above average DIYer in my opinion so the installation was fairly painless. That said, I was able to obtain additional information required from numerous YouTube videos as the instructions provided did leave a little to be desired. Although I could have built my Summer House myself for less, I wouldn`t have been able to reach the quality standards of my Dunster House purchase so it was money well spent in my opinion.

So helpful and our summer house is amazing so love it the only thing is the instructions need a bit more on as we sort of winged some of it but it is like a giant Lego which we enjoyed and it took 2 days to do including the painting of it which we thought would take longer it is so solid and amazing wish we had brought it earlier and the best place to buy as the walls are so thick Thankyou Dunster
