I had difficultly ordering on the website, so rang the number given where I had excellent customer service talking me through my purchase. The delivery dept rang and arranged delivery at a time to suit me, and on time it arrived and was unpacked to the area I needed it to be (it is large!). Great old fashioned service, with chatty helpful delivery crew.

My second gazebo purchase from Dunster House as we moved properties and couldnt take the first gazebo with us. As the first gazebo it was delivered on the scheduled date with live tracking, all items were present and extremely good quality, instructions how to assemble are clear and easy to read and follow. If purchasing please follow each step thoroughly, check all pieces are present prior to assembly Measure for square corner to corner before carefully measuring out where the roof beams are to sit. Dont forget to pre drill holes when you need too and reduce the risk of splitting the wood. Roof boards may need to be trimmed. My only slight issue was that there was the odd rough area on the main legs that needed to be sanded back this really should be quality checked prior to dispatching, other than that the gazebo is very chunky, well made and wouldnt hesitate in buying again from them..
