I have been using EBay for many many years and I have to say this is one of the best companies I have dealt with over the years, The pergola is beautiful, easy to erect great price, and they kept use well in formed, we would definitely use this company again

Good Quality timber used. All lengths were straight. Instructions on assembly were reasonably clear, however the paper instructions were poor with regard to the fitting of the roof shingles. There was a Dunster instructional video on Youtube, however there was no reference in the paper instructions to this video. Good quality product and would recommend it.

Love my wooden gazebo- turned up quickly, took my partner a few days to build including the roofing tiles (he did it alone though) and I’m so happy with it ?

A very good product . The only thing I would say is it just arrives in lots of bits & is not packaged together . We had to get someone in to build ours & trust me it’s a much bigger task than you would think . Took 2 days but looks amazing when done & is very good QAULITY
