Super fast delivery and lots of contact from start to finish. On delivery day the two gents that delivered were very informative and told me what all the parts were and gave me lots of tips. Amazing customer service/contact from start to finish. Highly recommend. Watch videos on you tube on how to build as the instructions could be better.

I am generally very happy with the quality of the pergola received. The quality is good & solid. It took a full day to build with 2 strong men. Some remedial work had to be done as one of the pre-drilled holes in a pressure treated bracket was missing. A socket spanner is required to tighten up the bolts used in the brackets. I will treat the wood where this additional drilling was required.
