I ordered my Utopia 4 x 3 Gazebo and received confirmation pretty much straight away. A nice lady called the following day to confirm a delivery date (7 days). The delivery lads were brilliant and got it all onto my drive. After unpacking and checking all the pieces, I set to work. Now, to be honest - I expected a few bits not to fit / be twisted / knotty but I was pleasantly surprised. The whole build went together very well! It took me a day to build the frame and roof it, then a further day to fit the shingles on my own. It`s very exposed where we live, so I didn`t buy the additional side panels, but instead opted to cut my own 6` x 1` Treated Gravel Board and build up 3/4 height on 3 sides. The remaining 1/4, I will be fitting glass to allow the light, but stop the wind and rain intruding. The one open side will be getting a fitted clear tarpaulin. Then just the power and lighting and We`ve got an all year round seating / hot tub room! I`m very happy with my purchase and would certainly use Dunster House again.

Excellent delivery service. Very good quality wood and easy to assemble. Looks great with hanging baskets. Looking forward to next year to grow some climbers up it.

Excellent service, delivery drivers helpful quality materials and manufacture Would have helped if some of the sections were pre-drilled as this took ages, and the instructions for the roof tile fitting should be more detailed Very pleased with the results although I think it should have 100mm posts instead of the 70mm supplied
