Great delivery - fairly easy to erect took about 3 hours, good quality thoughtful design in supplying the support timber, which we couldnt have done without. The only issue we had was the leading edges of the roof despite us ensuring the gazebo was square did not join at the ends so we have a gap on each corner.its not a deal breaker but was disappointing.

My experience with Dunster House was hugely positive. I had very prompt and helpful pre-sales support by both email and phone, my delivery arrived exactly when promised and the quality of the materials sent was unexpectedly high. Though the instructions for the Utopia Pergola we purchased indicated the necessity for 2x people and a full day, the Pergola was delivered at 1 pm and by 4:30 pm, alone, I had it fully assembled and in place. There were one or two pieces that were somewhat twisted (this IS wood after all), however it was very easy to straighten them enough to fasten them in place where they quickly settled down. I cannot stress enough how carefully one should follow the spacing indications in the instructions - follow them exactly to the millimeter, and assembly is quick, painless and yields great results. I`d have no hesitation to purchase again from Dunster House, the quality and fitment of the pieces they sent, along with a very attractive price point were very much beyond reproach.

High quality, looks more expensive than it is! From initial interest, through ordering, delivery and construction, dunster house where great. My initial queries where answered within 24 hours, and when I placed an order just before going on holiday, Marcus arranged delivery for when was back in the country. The drivers unloaded everything quickly and left the materials in a neat pile, the instructions where easy to follow, and when we did have a question during the build, customer services where able to get me an answer within minutes. Our gazebo has had so many compliments, it`s well built (desire being put together by DIY amateurs) and has created a gorgeous outdoor space for us to enjoy. I will definitely be coming back to dunster house for future garden purchases!
