The delivery guys were really helpful and placed it all neatly on my property. It was a big job and you need to predrill all the holes (to prevent splitting). The Gazebo itself probably took about 2.5 days to build, I took advantage of the free shingles but this added a lot of time due to cutting but the finished product looks really smart. All in all great service and a good product. Would happily recommend Dunster House

I was surprised with the amount of timber the pagoda was delivered in but the two guys who off loaded it were very reassuring and said they had never known any items being missing. The instructions were very comprehensible and whilst it has taken me a few weeks to erect it it has been a very rewarding project. Thank you Dunster House !!

delivery was smooth and drivers very polite. we havent yet put it up as when we started we find out we cant put it close to the house as patio door wont open , ( so please check before how high are your patio doors if you planning to have it close to the house. ) then we shifted out but that stopped us again as we had to lay more patio lol :) as they say measure twice .... :) we will try and assemble it this weekend. it looks pretty straight forward and Im glad the floor fixing is included in a set. all part look fantastic quality nicely treated.
