Dunster House staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. I could track the delivery on the due day to be sure I was around. The kit was carefully unloaded and put where I wanted it. I checked the items were all there against the guide. it took me about two days to erect following the instructions carefully and everything fitted. Its a quality product and it looks great.

I have no hesitation in recommending Dunster House products. We have recently purchased and built their Artemis 3x5 m Chunky Gazebo. The product was delivered on the day the stated by very friendly and helpful delivery guys. The material quality is excellent, finished nicely and went together like a dream. We are really pleased with the finished product and just wish we`d purchased it earlier in the summer, but with a few heaters we hope to get good use over the winter to. Top notch. Thank you.

Just to say how very helpful both Jack and James, from Dunster House were this morning, with the delivery and unloading of a log cabin. I had expected it to be unloaded and left in the drive (as per usual with large deliveries), instead of which I was asked if I would like the wood pieces for the construction of the log cabin brought into the garden. This was great and very much appreciated. All pieces were stacked tidily and covered with plastic sheeting before they left. Overdelivered against expectations! Dunster House: Jack and James are a credit to you - look after them!

5 star customer service. It is well worth the money, the garzbo was delivered on time and fitted together perfectly but does need 2 people to build it and takes about 2 days to build it. As I said it is an excellent company Gareth winser-payne
