Definitely a 2 man job. Would be better if holes were pre drilled or they offered an assembly service. Looks good and took me 2 solid days to put together

I received friendly customer service when placing my order. Delivery occurred on the date specified. Sadly the delivery team were not permitted to help me carry the item into my garden due to company regulations. The item was straightforward to assemble; a couple of steps required an assistant, but in the main it was a one person task. The timber is nice quality although a few of the roof boards were rather warped. The end result is impressive!

When looking into buying the gazzebo, the person I spoke to was more than helpful, once purchased I was kept informed of the schedule via email, it was delivered on time with no delays, only one thing to comment the felt tacks should be a bit longer as the ones I got didn`t penetrate through 2 layers of felt. Would I use again? Most definitely

Website was easy to navigate & low deposit option was really useful. We received a call from customer services after we placed the order which was really helpful as we had forgotten to add something to our order. They got the sales team to call me who added the item I needed. My lovely gazebo was delivered on time by 2 cheerful guys and the quality of product was fabulous. It looks amazing in our garden. All in I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dunster House ?
