Everything went to plan with the order. Superb delivery planning. Instructions were very good and assembly relatively easy, albeit lengthy. We opted for shingles but hadn't realised just how time consuming this was to lay them. They look great and the whole thing looks good. 2 metre gazebo very tight fit and 3 metres would have been too big for the space. We wish there had been a 2.5 metre option.

I found the whole experience from ordering on line to it being delivered a great satisfaction.I was very easy to identify every piece thanks to the delivery driver who placed it down on my patio,I'm not a builder but myself and wife put it together and loved every minute

An easy ordering process, we were kept informed at all stages prior to delivery. The product a Utopia 300 arrived and was unloaded and placed where we wanted it.The delivery team were most helpful and assured us that everything was correct, who it was. They also pointed out that if anything was missing or we need advice on building to just contact Dunster House..

Really good, no issues at all. My cabin is 6x4m and I built it on my own, just heavy hard work. The opening double glazed windows are excellent. The build has taken me a few weeks! weekend and a few hours after work every day. All finished and ordered my pool table
