I`ve used Dunster House a couple of times, most recently to purchase a Gazebo. The website was easy to use and to order the product I chose; staff were pleasant when I phoned them; the tracking on delivery day worked well. Delivery was on time, and the parts for the Gazebo kit were well-protected on the truck. All parts were correct, and included a few spares (screws, nails, felt shingles etc). Only one length of wood was slightly warped but I was still able to use it. The kit itself was excellently constructed and made assembly quite easy. Probably my only criticism would be with the kit instructions, which were a little basic, but there are plenty of YouTube videos available to help in this respect! The finished Gazebo looks great in our garden!

I found the ordering process really straightforward and feel that the cabin I have bought is good value for money. The customer agents I dealt with were extremely professional and helpful, including the delivery driver and his mate. The quality of the wood looks excellent, and while I have not yet assembled the cabin, I am not expecting any issues and am really looking forward to witnessing the finished result. Thank you, guys!

Very good quality . Just one idea that would help. It would make assembly quick and easier if the roofing slats were numbered. Very happy with finished gazebo over my hot tub.

Ordered a 2m x2m gazebo from them. The guy said it would be delivered on the date that it was booked for and it did. The timber is very strong and solid. It took roughly 3 hrs to build with two people. My only advise is to put the shingles on the roof before you put the roof up. Definitely recommend to family and friends
