The whole experience with Dunster house was excellent, tracking on the delivery day was very good and the delivery guys were very efficient. One issue was that I got a generic set of instructions and a specific set of instructions for the specific cabin I had bought. That made it difficult and confusing when assembling and we did actualy miss a few items. One set of instructions you could work through in sequence would be better.

We are extremely satisfied with all elements of the service provided by Dunster House. The website is easy to navigate through, the ordering was easy to complete and the staff when contacted was very friendly and helpful. On the day of delivery the tracking was easy to follow, the driver was helpful and friendly. The summer house was relatively easy to construct with the detailed instructions provided. We are very happy returning customers.

Great - had problems with my credit card so moved the delivery with no fuss. The build is simple, first time I ever did this and went well

Ordered a 2m x2m gazebo from them. The guy said it would be delivered on the date that it was booked for and it did. The timber is very strong and solid. It took roughly 3 hrs to build with two people. My only advise is to put the shingles on the roof before you put the roof up. Definitely recommend to family and friends

I found the ordering process really straightforward and feel that the cabin I have bought is good value for money. The customer agents I dealt with were extremely professional and helpful, including the delivery driver and his mate. The quality of the wood looks excellent, and while I have not yet assembled the cabin, I am not expecting any issues and am really looking forward to witnessing the finished result. Thank you, guys!
