Purchased the utopia 3x3m gazebo with roof shingle kit. Extremely please once again with the quality of the item. Disappointed to have a sour note as the instructions we unclear on the fitting of the roof membrane and the shingles. It turns out there is no telephone customer service you have to play email tennis with 24 hour response time. When you are building an item you need better than that. Paid a visit to our local store only to be met by a terrified occupant who wouldn`t open the door due to a global pandemic. At this point of the pandemic all shops and pubs were open again, but not dunster house. In short superb quality item as per usual, bought before and would buy again. But dreadful after sales service.

My husband and I are not regular DIYers and embarking on this Atlas gazebo was quite daunting (to say the least). After we ordered it, we started to worry that we had overstretched ourselves. However we were surprised at how straightforward it was. The frame went up quite easily. All the right bits were included, cut to the right size and following the instructions was fairly straightforward. The video tutorial was helpful too. Not going to lie, the roof was hard. We ordered the roof shingles and they took about 4 days (seemed longer) to put on, but with some perseverance and a bit of shouting (at each other) we managed it. We now have a beautiful gazebo, that looks exactly like the one in the photo. It is good quality and good value for money. We are very proud of the achievement and we saved £££.

Although assembly of my Atlas gazebo took longer than anticipated due to personal circumstances, I am very pleased with the finished product. Dunster House have been very helpful when I've contacted them to ask for advice. So pleased I purchased from this company.

Construction has taken a little longer than expected due to weather and other commitments. Great company to deal with. Had problems with online payment due to house address but a phone call to a very helpful lady resolved the issue. Delivery by two friendly men. Very pleased with the gazebo and a great feature in the garden.
