Although assembly of my Atlas gazebo took longer than anticipated due to personal circumstances, I am very pleased with the finished product. Dunster House have been very helpful when I've contacted them to ask for advice. So pleased I purchased from this company.

I was a bit disappointed that the delivery drivers unloaded a large pile of wood in no particular order, none of it was labelled. Then they chucked the rubbish & packaging on top of the pile. I would have expected them to have taken this away with them. Is it too much to have the items labelled, or even put in packs - roof pack, legs pack etc? The quality of the wood was ok. A few very warped & bent pieces that made it impossible to make the gazebo perfectly 90 degrees, one corner was lower than the others which meant I had to build up the concrete more in that corner. There is a typo on the first part of the instructions, referring to a part code that doesn`t exist, which didn`t inspire confidence at the start of the build. The roof is dripping sap on my new patio tiles, which is very difficult to remove. Otherwise very good. Appreciated the price drop and free shingle kit, glad I waiting a few weeks before ordering.

The pergola looks amazing with its strong, sturdy structure and tasteful design on the support posts. The underneath of roof is also an impressive feature. To build, the instructions were relatively easy to follow. Only feedback would be the anchor brackets are simply a gesture and would recommend stronger brackets are used instead. Also the plastic sheet supplied for installation between the wooden roof and shingle felt is a sub standard grade and would suggest investing in a breathable product that won't become brittle with age before the felt needs replacing. Overall would and have been recommending.

Brilliant! Great communication from Dunster House & prompt delivery from very polite drivers. Assembly was straightforward with easy to follow instructions, but I'd still recommend reading them a few times first. Final product looks great!

I placed my order online for my pergola. A few days later I received a call to say my order would be handled by the Liverpool depot. I was called again to confirm delivery and everything arrived as planned. I would order from them again.

There`s a lot more parts than you expect, but the instructions are clear and descriptive, with assembly being straightforward once all the parts have been identified. Delivery drivers were friendly and helpful. Overall very impressed. Less impressed with the assistance of my co-workers (family), but it did prove that 95% of the work can be done by one person.
