From the first click on the website to last screw going in the whole process was nice and easy. Pergola needs 2 people at certain times but a lot can be done solo, you don`t need to be a joiner or need any special skills it`s a nice DIY project, you need a drill with 3mm wood drill bit and a decent screwdriver, didn`t need to cut any wood. The instructions are easy to follow Quality wood, and best of all the screws are provided. I waterproofed it first before putting it together, and fixed it to my patio with some galvanised corner braces I got off amazon. On delivery day just login via a link you get sent when you order and follow the tracking so you know where your delivery is and approximate delivery time. All in all very happy, as is the wife which is always important.
