Bought a beautiful red cedar pergola which was delivered safely and securely in easy to lift bundles. Easy to put together and up with 2 persons. Excellent communication from Dunster House explaining delivery dates and options and any return requirements if necessary. One beam slightly warped but straightened when installed and secured. Highly recommend Dunster House for their fantastic customer service, secure and safe delivery and the high quality of their products.

So we wanted to get something that would cover a seating area and an area for a hot tub. We don't have a big garden so this complimented it perfectly. We loved the pics advertised on the Dunster House website and went for it. Ordering it was simple we just visited their website and followed the instructions. Simple. The wait time on delivery was some time however well worth the wait. They delivered behind our driveway gates and myself and the Mrs put it up our selves and took around 5-6hrs. I am build savvy and have the tools so make sure your up for the job but was impressed how simple it was to put up. The wood is brilliant quality and heavy so don't be complacent when handling. My whole family love our new structure which we call BELLTOPIA and know we will spend a lot of time enjoying it. We have now put hanging baskets a sound system and lights on it. I have since emailed Dunster House and thanked them for their great service and quality wood which is something I've never done before. You will not be disappointed.

Chunky wooden gazebo delivered about 20 days ahead of schedule! The delivery was on the alloted date and the delivery team managed to place all parts nicely on our driveway and covered with rain proof. We have managed to assemble it with 2 men in 2 days. So the installation estimates provided by Dunster house is on the lean side. The quality of the product is very good with all components necessary included. Only things we need to buy separately were shingle adhesive and staples for the membrane. Very happy with the results and we have been enjoying the warm weather in last a week or so under the gazebo:-)

Ordered a gazebo from Dunster. From the outset the ordering was smooth and a guy rang me the day after to go through the order. Good job he did as I hadn`t got it right lol! The goods came within the specified time. The delivery staff were super polite and helpful. We put it up very easily with the help from a neighbour. We are using it as an outside kitchen with a bbq and ooni pizza oven. This has made it bearable to cook as we are in the full sun. You can have the side shutters open or shut which again is good if it`s raining. We are going to put some small guttering around it so water doesn`t go into our neighbours garden. Thanks Dunster for a sturdy good looking gazebo to keep the hubby happy whilst he`s cooking
