I recently bought a 5m x 3m Leviathon

I recently bought a 5m x 3m Leviathon open gazebo. Delivery was promised within 10 working days and Dunster were true to their word. The delivery team were friendly polite and very efficient. Communication with the company has been first class. The gazebo is excellent quality and looks to be very well made. I fully recommend Dunster House.

It was easy to buy and arrange payment. The putting together of the structure went well it did take a few days as it can be a little fiddly.

After reading a couple of negative reviews, I was a little apprehensive but these were put to rest when I phoned in the place my order. The Sale person was very helpful and answered all my questions and put my concerns to rest. This helpfulness was reflected by the delivery staff and again assured me that any issues with the order would be rectified quickly. I must say the Cabin I purchased went together very well and was easy to build. The quality of the components is fantastic and I am really impressed. I think it's great value for money.

A great 5m x4m cabin

I bought a 5m x4m cabin, the customer sales team prior to purchase were very helpful and able to answer all the questions I had about the cabin. I bought the insulated floor and ceiling too. The main build of the cabin took me 2 to 3 days, there were some rather twisted and bowed pieces of wood, but with a bit of effort and help from a friend everything went together as per the plans / instructions. I didnt need to buy anything else, and it was useful to have a couple of spare boards that were included. It would have been nice to know at the start how many spares there are as you only find at when you have one or two left, when you finish. Really pleased with the end results, now hope it will last ages.

Dunster House's reputation for quality products is fully deserved if our delivery of a log cabin is anything to go by. From the moment it was delivered to the moment it was completed it all went together smoothly. Things fitted well, and where we had to adjust for the natural properties of wood there was always good advice on how to overcome the issue or provision of adequate spare pieces. I can't fault the quality of the timber or fitment of the windows and doors. I've no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending their products.
