Great looking cabin
Cabin was delivered on time with no issues. The majority of the wood was of good quality only issue was the storm braces they were extremely twisted and bent but I still managed to use them and the instructionsat times are a bit vague. Overall I am extremely pleased with the finished cabin. I would recommend Dunster House.

The service delivery was Spot on, could not of asked for more. The product was better than anticipated, it was an easy product to put together ( I had my wife helping ??) you could possibly do with a third pair of hands if you are not able to support the structure easily, I pinned two legs to an existing structure for initial support, all in all very easy and looks GREAT ????

Great customer service and great little project
Lovely little log cabin i am going to use as a gym. Dunster House have been helpful, honest and polite throughout. Easy to build although I suspect rather more time consuming than people may expect. Easy to follow instructions but Louise was always ready to help iton out any queries. As first point of contact for Dunster house Louise was perfect. Considerate honest and helpful.

Cabin received in good condition on the
Cabin received in good condition on the delivery day given. The delivery guys were polite and friendly. The build was straightforward, I managed to do it by myself even though Dunster recommended 2/3 people (and I am in my sixties) although the windows and doors were quite heavy. One tip, read the assembly guide, several times if need be, it is your best friend and fully understand what is needed in each step before proceeding further. I had a twisted log and there is a section on how to rectify and fit wood that is not perfect, something I would not have known without reading the guide. Overall currently happy with the cabin from start to finish.

The quality of wood great, the delivery guys were very helpful and the communication was very good too. The instructions are a different matter altogether. None of the wood is labelled which would have been a massive help instead of continuously measuring to put it together and with a build this size this was very time consuming. Its not for the feint hearted.

Dunster Leviathan Gazebo (2.3m x 2.3) with side panels
The quality of the gazebo is excellent, it all went together very well (myself and wife) and looks fantastic. It sits on the patio, I made 4 concrete pads to secure the 4 legs to, which is more secure than attaching directly to sandstone slabs. It took circa 2 days to construct the main frame and all the roof support beams. Paneling the roof took around 1.5/2hrs per side. Similarly attaching the roof shingles took around 1.5hrs per side. Fixing the ridge shingles took around 3-4 hrs to complete the roof including cutting all the ridge tiles. Worked off builders trestles and staging board to attach the roof boards and shingles, so didn't need to climb onto the roof at all. Very happy with the finished build, looks very smart and robust.

Delivery was spot on. Assembly Instructions were pretty good and we got what we ordered. One niggle. Why do the doors have silver hinges and a black handle whilst the window catches are black but the door bolts are bronze. For crikeys sake commit to one colour and stick to it. Your indecision spoils the finish. Regards Nigel and Linda

Easy purchase process, delivery arranged easily and readily amended when I made a mistake about my own availability. Quality product, chunky wood pieces, all crafted very well. Solid construction. Many pieces are quite heavy and definitely needs 2 people to stabilise the leg structure until all screwed together

Really happy with my summerhouse
Really happy with my summerhouse, delivery went well, the instructions could of been better, even though I watched the videos some things were not clear enough. There were a few warped pieces but nothing i couldn't sort out.Overall happy with the quality too.
