Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 300 Glazed Wall Gazebo

Really good experience with Dunster House. They replied to emails quickly, delivery was as it said it would be. Delivery drivers were nice and helpful. Really pleased with product we bought. The price of it also came down after we had paid the deposit so they reduced the price we had to pay without any question. Very pleased.

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 300 Glazed Wall Gazebo

Bought the utopia wooden gazebo 3x3m. Overall good. Some of the wood elements were slightly twisted (presumably from the drying process) but all lengths were correct. Had to adapt fitting technique for the twisted beams and roof slats, but good overall. All bits included for fitting, like screws and nails, maybe the instructions could be a bit more detailed. Delivery could be better. Kerb side, I understand. But as it`s packed for pallet delivery, driver had to open the packaging and leave all the bits lying on the pavement, not ideal as you have to carry them all onto your premises, and once they`re out of packaging, gets tedious. Could be useful if similar elements would be bundled together with zip ties or the likes. Delivery was on time, no complaints.

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 200 Louvre Wall Gazebo

This arrived earlier than anticipated and the delivery guys were great (even though the weather wasn't) I built it on my own in about 5 hours except where the children help me keep the 2 sides upright in order for me to connect them. Then the roof panels I fitted on my own and they were a perfect fit. The shingles took me a whole day due to the fact that I didn't have good access all round I am over the moon with the end result and can definitely recommend it.

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 430 Louvre Wall Gazebo

Very nice and looks great! My only criticism would be that there are a large number of pieces - particularly for the roof slats and none of them were labelled. The slats taper towards the apex and are therefore all of very similar length (each one only varies by a couple of centimetres, so this means that you have to measure every piece to know which one you`re holding!

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 430 Walled Gazebo

It has been wonderful time dealing with Dunster House from the sales team along with the delivery drivers. I purchased the Utopia 4m x 3m Gazebo and the quality is top class. My joiner friend who put it up was very impressed that he did not have to get his saw out to do any cutting for it to fit. Everything went smoothly. Well done for a wonderful producy.
