We are very pleased with our wooden gazebo which looks good and the quality of the wood and supplies were there excellent. The order process was straight forward and the friendly staff were helpful and kept us informed of progress and delivery. We hired a professional to assemble the gazebo and that did take a bit longer than the estimated time.?I would certainly used Dunster House again and recommend the firm to friends and family.

My friend bought a Dunster Gazebo about eighteen months ago and they are very well made so I knew what we were getting. An easy to use website compared to many of their competitors. Transparent pricing structure. Easy to order. Good communication regarding delivery schedule and payment milestones. Excellent online signature capture. An all round good purchasing experience. We have not built the Gazebo as yet and are storing it under tarpaulin at our home until our garden remodelling starts. We did check off every item (there were lots) and everything was there. Really pleasant delivery guys too!

It looks amazing once built, I would recommend to use a carpenter to built it for you as it is not an easy job. I am really please with the end product, the delivery was ontime and put everything properly and protected.
