Smooth process, all the information needed including delivery in one place on a portal. Customer service quick to respond and very helpful over email and by phone. If putting up a pergola, I would recommend using a professional - we spent 4 hours attempting to put it up before taking down what we'd done and calling someone

Quite disappointed with the quality of the product I was expecting better considering the price. The foot plates were bevelled and don't sit flush to the posts and the finish of the whole pergola is quite ruff there are a few splits and knocks in the wood and the the staining is patchy.Doesn't look like the photo.

Great looking and well built garden gazebo. Order through to delivery was a smooth, easy and professional process. Builder helping us to put this up said all parts were well made and fit together well. We were advised that it didn`t have to be fit to the floor, but would suggest that you do.

we bought the 4m x 3m gazebo - Utopia. Good quality wood and delivered on time. Only issue maybe is that we thought the holes would be pre-drilled. Otherwise good product.
