The following review was applicable at the time but since then I have been contacted by the Operations Manager, Katie Beattie, who has resolved the issue Excellent customer support from her & a credit to the company The pergola is well made but the upright posts are too short. Only 5ft 11` so allowing for the cross members you only have 5ft 8` clearance. When i called the company they essential said tough and I was required to spend another £80 on new posts. Customer service was non existent!!

Excellent customer service from Dunster House, from ordering our gazebo to delivery everything was straight forward. Communication regarding delivery was excellent too. My husband constructed the gazebo by himself which was a bit of a struggle but he managed it over 3 days. The shingle roof tiles took the longest to put on. Overall we are very pleased with the quality of our gazebo, it is solid and looks lovely housing our rattan garden furniture.

Easy to order. Gazebo delivery was on the day arranged and could track lorry. All items had been wrapped in protective packaging and were quickly unloaded. Driver and mate were polite, friendly and helpful. Only slight issue was that one of the upright posts had stated ousing sap from 2 places but accept this as its timber. Just a pity it was on the inside of the post. Instructions were easy to follow.
