Really pleased with our gazebo and the customer services but the sales team is the reason I have given 4 instead of 5 stars. They were really helpful and got in touch by email regularly until I placed the order then there was a mix up with the delivery were I was told that the gazebo could be placed in a secure place on my drive by the sales team but when it arrived I was told by the delivery driver that it had to be placed at the end of the drive in the middle which then blocked my whole drive. As I work from home I need access to my drive for customers at all times and this was explained to the sales team at the time I ordered. I spent 2 hours moving the whole gazebo to a suitable place in my garden before going back to work. If I`d known where it was going to be left my husband would have taken the day off to help. I rang the sales team, couldn`t speak to the person who had assured me that it would be placed where I asked so left a message asking him to get in touch. This never happened. I also emailed him and never received a reply. I felt as if once the sale was done he just wasn`t interested which is a shame as we love the finished gazebo and when I emailed customer services about missing nails they couldn`t have been more helpful.

I ordered a pergola for our garden. The communication was excellent and in addition to updates by email I was telephoned to check the delivery date was suitable. I was pleased with the delivery and the way it was packed. The pergola is now up and looks great, it's good quality and will hopefully last for years.
