Great experience from start to finish! Great advice on what we needed, regular updates regarding delivery and turned up, complete, when it should have. Added to that the quality is superb, we now have a fabulous summerhouse....couldn't recommend them highly enough!

The log cabin looks lovely and I`m very pleased with it. Building the cabin was quite difficult at times as we found the instructions very basic and not very informative.

Delivered on time - the delivery team were helpful and gave me some key pointers on assembly of what was in the kit. The assembly videos were really useful.

Products arrived when they said (although it is a bit of a wait). I`ve had a 3x3 gazebo and a 4x3 Terminator summerhouse. Construction is straightforward If you have a basic/mid level knowledge of how things go together. The instructions provided can be confusing as some of it generic across all their products and some of it is specific to your purchased product. you will need to filter through the paperwork to find whats relevant. They also emailed/have a portal with the paperwork which was handy as its quick to reference on your phone during the building.

The delivery of the gazebo was on time and the the two drivers we thoughtful and courteous. The gazebo is what I expected. Sturdy construction and although I didn't erect it, the two chaps who did found it very straight forward to do so. It now sits beautifully in the sunny corner of my garden and I look forward to many years of enjoyment. Glad to have been able to know Dunster.
