Extremely efficient dealing with our order from the initial ordering online, speaking to members of staff about the product and paying, the pergola was delivered by capable staff, instructions on how to assemble the pergola were easy to understand and the pergola was made of good quality materials.

I ordered the pergola after seeing it on the Internet the sales team were brilliant at keeping me in the loop as to when the delivery date would be then they phoned to say they could deliver two days earlier if that would be OK. The delivery drivers were very helpful and cheerful even though the snow was on the ground. Not erected as yet but all the pieces are there Thank you

We bought a large pergola from Dunster could not be more happy with it. Its an extremely well made product out of quality materials not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The experience we had was a very professional one from order to delivery cannot fault the company would highly recommend them to anyone. P. S. Great instructions easy to assemble.

This is the second structure we have bought from Dunster. First a pergola and now a carport. It hasn’t been erected yet but I’m sure we will be pleased with everything. The guys were very helpful throughout the purchase and delivery.
