Considered loads of Gazebos from various suppliers before deciding on this product which has proved to be a great purchase. Solid materials and easy to assemble with easy to understand instructions. Dunster House ticked all the boxes on this occasion for sure.

I bought the Atlas 4m x 3m Gazebo and employed a carpenter to build it. He was so impressed with the price and quality of the product that he took pictures to show future clients who want a gazebo built, as he advised he couldn't build one of that quality from scratch for the price we paid. This has been a godsend to us thought the Pandemic and we've used it every day since we bought it late last year.

Ordered the Atlas large gazebo which arrived as per schedule. Quality of wood and fittings is excellent, with clear instructions for an amateur DIYer like myself. Definitely requires minim of 2 persons to erect and am absolutely delighted with overall finished gazebo. Highly recommended.

I have just completed the construction of the Atlas Gazebo and I wanted to say how impressed I am with everything! Customer service, answering some stupid questions from me with courtesy and patience. Delivery guys were lovely and obliging, stacking it all very neatly out of the way and covering it up as it was raining. But most importantly the quality of the timber and the ease of construction. Everything fitted together beautifully and it looks fantastic now it is finished. I do think however that to complete in one day would be impossible unless you were doing it all the time (or the days were longer than they are in December!) I made a slight amendment to the roof system by discarding the membrane and using torch-on felt underneath the shingles, as we live on top of a hill and the gazebo is located in a very exposed position. Very pleased. Highly reccommend.

Really happy with our Atlas Gazebo from Dunster House, was delivered much quicker than expected, everything was there and it went together nicely, staff were more than helpful when I discussed our request for a different roof covering to the ones on offer. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

I ordered the pergola after seeing it on the Internet the sales team were brilliant at keeping me in the loop as to when the delivery date would be then they phoned to say they could deliver two days earlier if that would be OK. The delivery drivers were very helpful and cheerful even though the snow was on the ground. Not erected as yet but all the pieces are there Thank you

Ordered Utopia pergola as it suited my requirements and was in my price range. Arrived promptly as promised, customer service staff and delivery people very helpful and efficient. Took a professional landscaper to put it up as was a little trickier than first thought and we are not DIY’ers but very pleased with it and would recommend. Note the overall height before purchase.
