I ordered the pergola after seeing it on the Internet the sales team were brilliant at keeping me in the loop as to when the delivery date would be then they phoned to say they could deliver two days earlier if that would be OK. The delivery drivers were very helpful and cheerful even though the snow was on the ground. Not erected as yet but all the pieces are there Thank you

Ordering and delivery process went smoothly. I ordered the Erin gazebo 2.5x2.5m with a dome. I had to project manage the build which read easier than the application, but you learn by your mistakes and when I realised how crucial the measuring was the fit was easier. It took two men a day to construct. I absolutely love it and it looks great in my small garden. My Covid-19 shelter enabling me to have an outside meet whatever the weather.

Can't fault The Utopia 300 gazebo everything fits together easily and the instructions were easy to follow and overall it took me around 25 hours to build mostly on my own. Very happy with the finished product.
