Bought a dome gazebo the lads delivered it every thing was off loaded and put on the drive very polite team my only negative feed back is there was no roof tiles for this model so then spent 2 days trying to find roof cover to make it watertight all the rest of the models had free roof covering supplied with it on the plus side it looks great all built

Excellent service from my initial enquiry to Zak who took my order. I was impressed how I was updated and the speed of my delivery. The delivery men were also excellent and stacked my cabin in a methodical sequence taking care. I was able to to access and study the installation instructions on the web site before delivery which helped in preparation of the base and to be aware of all the parts. Straight forward to assemble and looks just like it does on the website. I am normally quite critical but could not find one thing to be unhappy about. Strongly recommend on my experience and very well priced compared to competitors. Many thanks Dunster house

A good gazebo/pergola. Not so straight forward to erect as you might think. The roof slats could be numbered to aid identification. As it was, we had to measure each one before installing. There are a few handy videos to aid installation, but the obvious omission is, they don`t give the option of `feet` to fix to a deck, concrete, pavers etc. It would complete the product if these were included. There`s nothing worse than thinking you`ve got the whole kit and caboodle, only to find out, a trip to the DIY superstore is in the offing. I also found the customer service to be quite aggressive and bordering on arrogance. As I stated at the time: if I hadn`t had my builder in place I would have cancelled my order and gone elsewhere. This is a shame, as they do provide decent products, but seem to be caught up in the `we`re very busy, so stuff you`, way of thinking. This won`t always be the case, and customers have long memories. I`d recommend the product more than the company.
