We purchased a pergola and gazebo and both delivered on time and in kit form. The quality of wood was excellent and the instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow. The finished structures exceeded expectations and look fantastic. Everyone who has seen them have remarked on how solid they look compared to the normal type seen at garden centres etc. I tiled the gazebo with artificial slate so can't vouch for the Dunster House shingles or felt. The only issue I had was the pergola preservative fading and running with heavy down pours during the first two weeks. However, I've since applied to coats of stain and varnish and it's now sorted.
