Product: Pressure Treated Leviathan Glazed Wall Pergola

service and advice over the phone was very good prior to purchasing. delivery was efficient and on time, and the quality of the timbers looks good. Due to weather conditions we havent been able to have the pergola installed yet, so I cant comment on that

Product: Terminator Pent Log Cabin

We had a good look around before choosing Dunster House for our home office cabin. What settled our choice was that the prices were good, the grid base system looked good for our plot, the lead times were short and my brother has one of their summerhouses and was very pleased with it. We started preparing our plot and then found that delivery was going to be a lot earlier than anticipated (which was fine, but took us by surprise a bit). I had a couple of queries with customer services before we received our delivery which were answered promptly by email. I never tried the chat function and didn`t need to call. On the day of delivery we had cleared the drive, and the 2 man delivery team did a really good job of carefully unloading the components onto the drive, with plenty of opportunity for me to check all the optional extras (insulation, roofing materials and bits and pieces) while they stacked the main cabin parts. They helped us cover it all up with the plastic packing materials before leaving. When it came to the assembly, we could have done with a little more guidance on the rapidgrid, but we worked it out. The cabin itself was pretty straightforward. It was a little annoying to have to switch between the generic instructions and the specific cabin instructions, but nothing too arduous. The only place we went wrong (and the instructions could have been better) were the roof apices. We worked it out though. With respect to the optional extras, the weedproof matting is super-heavyweight grade (and there was plenty of it), there was more than enough insulation (both roof and floor) to make a few mistakes and the roofing materials look similarly generous. So overall, I`d say our experience with Dunster House has been excellent, and we are very happy with the product (though we`re not quite finished yet). DIY competence is handy, but it isn`t that hard. Two people are good (especially if you are at the more mature end of the age spectrum) and the only thing I would change, is that I wouldn`t take this on in November/December/January when it`s so cold and damp! I would recommend this seller and this product.

Product: Terminator Pent Log Cabin

Very happy with the quality of the product we received and the service from Dunster House was first class - especially when things needed changing etc. Great communications, you`re informed every step of the way with the progress of your order. The Terminator cabin is a great cabin and the quality is impressive. Only slight gripe about door fit but it really is being picky!.
